Students of the department of Administration acquire key skills which will allow them to deal with co-operative matters in the public and /or private sector. The training offered at the department gives students an in depth knowledge which enables them to meet the requirements of urban and agricultural co-operative enterprises.

The department facilities include fully equipped teaching and computer rooms where students are trained on the application of scientific and technological attainments for the accomplishment of Managerial, Financial services of their specialization as well as on the latest developments in the field of co-operative and socio-economic organisations.  Also in these laboratories students can work out their final year dissertation. The duration of studies is seven (7) semesters followed by one semester of practical training. The studies are considered completed after the elaboration and submission of a dissertation on a subject related to their field of studies.

Equipped with a specialized scientific and technical knowledge, graduates of the department of Administration can be employed in trading, marketing and handling of co-operational products, supplies or machinery either in tandem with other scientists or autonomously. The graduates of the department have the right of employment either as executives in private or public enterprises or as self-employed in the whole range of administration and management of the Cooperative Exploitations and enterprises. Indeed, they can work in primary, secondary or tertiary organizations of agricultural co-operative sector, in enterprises of partnership of production, handling, processing and trading of products and in banks or State and International Services responsible for cooperative issues.

Moreover, graduates can cope with elaboration of developmental policy, execution of developmental programmes, administration of local economic units of partnerships, efficiency control and evaluation of diagrams and situation of the various co-operative units and cost accounting of products and labour expenses. They can also be engaged in all levels of the Educational System according to the legislation in force and may even be employed as members of research teams related to their field of studies.
